In accordance with the stay at home order, we will be temporarily closed. No group or private classes at this time. Stay safe everyone!

Hi everyone in response to the Covid-19 crisis we will be suspending all group classes for at least 2 weeks. Private sessions will continue at the discretion of each instructor. Your instructor will contact you if she has decided to not teach at this time. Thank you for understanding and stay healthy!

Good news!...Heather is back and she'll be teaching a new class Fridays at 8:00 am starting tomorrow November 9. It will be a fun class with music and Heather's lively energy. Come check it out!
