These are strange times. Yet, I truly believe JHP’s quote. These next few weeks I will be seeing many of my clients virtually through Zoom or FaceTime, with whatever equipment and props they have available. My Wednesday ProClass will continue for teachers at 10:30am(PT) via Zoom. I will also probably be adding in some donation based Live Mat Classes through Zoom. I am committed to continuing to support your Movement Practice and staying connected.

In lieu of the recent ban in Orange County, all in person sessions will need to halt and hopefully resume April 1st. In this unsure time, it is more important ever to take care of our health both mentally and physically. I will be offering virtual sessions, from the safety of our own homes via zoom or FaceTime. These will be movement based sessions using what you have at home, where I will be able to see you (via your camera) and verbally cue your movements and practice. My hope is that we can commune in this safe space and encourage healthy movement and breathing. Please contact me if you would like to continue your movement practice and I can assist you with scheduling and set up. Anyone else have this happen on their Gratz Reformer? Straps are even but bolts under carriage are completely opposite (one screwed all the way and other open most of the way). Help! Prana Pilates Gratz_Pilates #classicalpilatesproblems
