Annie is getting her second dose of the covid vaccine and because she’s unsure of how she’ll be feeling, we want to play it safe and use this as an opportunity for you to walk in with no appointment needed like the pre covid times! We’ll be planning to be open for normal business hours, but if needed, we might close early. If you have any questions feel free to call the studio. A well-fitting mask MUST be worn at all times. So as many of you have heard, today is the day we can go under the mask. BUT.. Our piercers have decided to not do anything under the mask. So no nostrils or anything oral at this time. As time goes on and things quiet down as far as CV19, they might change their minds. So please be patient with us and know that we aren't doing under the mask services until further notice. There’s been a few bumps in the road with our new system, but we’re getting there! We will be CLOSED daily from 2-3pm to feed our employees as well as give our studio a nice deep clean. We understand that on our appointment portal those slots are open, please do not use those times! Your appointment will be denied and you will have to reschedule for another time. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ONE, IT MEANS YOUR APPOINTMENT WASN'T SCHEDULED. Rea...sons for your appointment getting denied - the slot was already taken, you scheduled during our lunch or you requested a facial piercing service. At this time we CANNOT OFFER FACIAL SERVICES AT ALL. We need to keep the county happy and that means following the rules and guidelines! We will not be able to remove, install, downsize, pierce, or troubleshoot any piercing that is on the face or requires you to remove your mask. Lastly, what we mean by multiple piercings, if you wanted a helix, tragus and a conch all in one sitting, you would need to make an individual appointment for each one. The only piercings that are excluded from needing separate appointments would be two of the same, like a pair of earlobes. See more

We apologize for the any confusion, this has been a learning curve for all of us. Between the new appointment system, getting the shop ready with protocols, and even getting a false start before we even had a chance.. we appreciate you sticking with us. The County has put a mandatory hold on all facial piercings, we were under the impression that just meant under the mask - it will now include: bridges, eyebrows, facial surface anchors and facial surface bars. We’re sorry that these services are on hold, but we have to follow what the County says. We’re just thankful to be able to reopen on Monday.

So we're having some confusion on how to make an appointment and our new times. So here's the low down. 1. All appointments will only be made through the website @ https://www.piercedout.com/covid-19-information 2. You must get a conformation email to be sure you have the time slot you want.... 3. If you get a rejected time, it's because the time is already gone or we don't do that piercing at this time. 4. NO UNDER THE MASK PIERCINGS or SERVICES AVAILABLE.. Sorry So our new hours are - Monday through Sunday 11:am - 7:pm Last service @ 6:30pm * Closed between 2:pm-3:pm for lunch and a full studio clean down. We finally have good news! Santa Clara County has allowed piercing shops to reopen! Our official reopening date will be Monday, September 14th, 2020 at 11am. To make an appointment you’ll be able to find our portal on the Covid page on our website, link in bio https://www.piercedout.com/covid-19-information There will be some new guidelines on how we have to do things around here. Please read below for our Covid protocols. In order to comply with the strict new guidelines o...ur new system will be appointment only. We will no longer be allowed to accommodate any type of walk ins. If you want to visit us, you need an appointment - installs, removals, piercings, even just window shopping. To ensure we keep not only us safe, but you as well, everyone who comes into Pierced Out must be correctly wearing a face mask, as well as everyone will have a toucheless temperature check before entering. We will also be providing hand sanitizer through out the shop if you accidentally touch your piercings, mask, face, etc The state of California has put a mandatory halt on all under the mask services, at this time we will NOT be able to assist with any nostril or oral piercings. To reduce exposure risk, we ask that you come alone to your appointment, guests will not be allowed in. This excludes minors and their one legal guardian. Please remember to eat before your piercing appointment, be respectful of your piercers time, because we will not have time to allow you to go eat, if the piercer doesn’t feel comfortable performing the service your appointment will be voided and you’ll have to reschedule online for a later date. We’re so excited to be back, 6 months is too long! We’ll see you Monday!
