Position Summary: Supervise Shipping, Receiving and Finish Goods personnel. Oversee and participate in shipping and delivery of materials and printing and bagging of good inventory. Duties include managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, printing, bagging and shipping merchandise or material, arranging the transportation of the products. Responsibilities: Ensure customers receive accurate orders in a timely manner. Monitor merchandise being picked up... and all related paperwork such as International and domestic documents. Ensure products are properly packed and safe. Confer and correspond with managers, Business Operations, Quality Assurance and Sales to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages and nonconformance to specifications. Pack and label to prepare materials for shipping, using work devices such as computer, label printer. Perform monthly inventory counts of support raw materials, packaging, and mixes. Perform annual inventory counts of finish goods stock. Label and ship merchandise or material via UPS World Ship, FedEx, DHL or other as specified by customers. Assist receiving if required, unpack, verify accuracy of incoming product. Record using receiving programs. Deliver or route materials to departments using work devices such as hand truck, carts, forklift. Assist finish good if needed in processing the Job Orders thru bagging and custom print. Follow Shipping Indicators. Monitor employee time sheets. Work directly with Supply Chain Supervisor and all department leads. Maintain positive attitude toward continuous improvement. Maintain equipment. Responsible for 5S in Shipping, bagging and receiving areas. Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications/Additional Skills Aptitude: Work independently as well as in a team environment Responsible, organized, analytical and a problem solver Possess strong attention to detail and time management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality Self-starter with proven ability to work in a team Strong verbal and written communication combined with organizational skills Negotiation and influencing skills. Able to lead a team and keep them focus / motivated Enjoy challenges and creative thinking Education / Experience: 1 year of experience supervising or managing a team College Associate degree preferred in any major
