More Easter bunnies each day!!!

Making bunnies, fudge, marzipan and peanut butter eggs this week. Seems like we are already behind a week before St Patrick’s Day!! Need to start the crispy nests and rice crispy treat bunnies.

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, HappyKwanzaa, one and all! Thank you to our wonderful patrons for a great Christmas season that kept us scrambling to catch up!! We’ve been able to stay open all year with your support and love of chocolates, it is one of the staffs of life, after all!!! We look forward to seeing you in the coming days, weeks or months as we continue to navigate the Covid restrictions put down.

Last push to Thanksgiving! Come in to pick up your chocolate delights by Wednesday afternoon. We are making turkeys and cornucopias as fast as we can produce them. Toffee popcorn, truffles, pecan caramel clusters, sea salt caramels are on the list to get done as well. It will be busy! We will be open by 10:00am today, Monday and Tuesday before Thanksgiving.

We were busy the last few days getting Thanksgiving turkeys and cornucopia out. Bob made seafoam/honeycomb again and picture shows him cutting it up. Haystacks, marzipan dipped in dark chocolate, espresso truffles, cheesecake truffles and rum truffles were scooped and dipped.

We were busy the last three days at Pieces of Heaven. Bob dipped sea salt caramels, ginger, dark and milk chocolate pecan caramel clusters, as lemons caramel clusters, made caramel apples. I scooped an dipped about 600 truffles-cappuccino, caramel and dark and dark seasalt truffles. I made almond clusters, rice crispie pumpkins and ghosts and decorated them. I also made some milk and dark Graham’s with white skull and packaged those. Was fairly busy with customers as well! Good to get home to rest!!!

Back at the store Sunday, May 3, making vanilla caramels in dark and dark chocolate sea salt. Truffles in Grand Marnier, Cherry, Bourbon Caramel, and Kahlua. Caramel Almond clusters in milk and dark chocolate. Many other things like Dark Apricots and Orange slices are low so need to be made. Don't forget to send out for Mother's Day or pick up a box for your wife or mother!!! (or yourself!!) Give the best-Give Pieces of Heaven Fine Chocolates made with love!
