This may include X-rays to determine if any leaks or ruptures are the cause of misshapen implants. Be sure to be ready to discuss your medical history and your experience with your previous breast augmentation. You may also need to discuss why you want to change the size of your implants, particularly if you're opting for larger implants. Finally, you may need to alert your plastic surgeon if you'd like to lose weight or become pregnant, as this can affect the outcome of your breast augmentation revision. During the procedure, incisions will be placed depending on the changes you want to be made to your breasts. After the procedure, you will need to wear bandages around your chest for a few days, followed by a sports bra.
