First off, We want to say THANK YOU for everyone that helped us get us on our feet and rolling. Thank you to Bill and Connie for believing in the vision. ... Thank you to the Barling construction company for your hard work and dedication to building our dream restaurant. Thank you Alexis and Preen for the architectural expertise and creating such a beautiful ambiance! THE MINDS BEHIND IT ALL, Chef Macks & Chef Bryan we thank you for staying true to who you are as chefs & creating the most delicious, & unique menu. Thank you to our GM Melissa Lambert for everything she has done for our staff, for our bar management, and being the wine/cocktail expertise. Thank you to Chef Liyam and AGM Adolfo Lares for stepping up to the plate when we needed it most. Thank you to the rest of staff for making it happen and continuing to bring your energy and enthusiasm during these troubled times. And a thank you to Culver City. You’ve welcomed us warmly into the town and made us a part of the community. It was great to see the city government and SBA work together rapidly to provide us with the expanded outdoor dining space that got us through the summer and fall. We NEVER could have imagined our first year playing out like this. A mere 2 months in we were hit with a global pandemic. Thru 2 lockdowns, moving our entire restaurant to accommodate outdoor seating, social distancing, wearing masks and shields with guests, starting take out and delivery orders and finally having our own pop up Banh mi shop... we managed keep our heads above water.
