Continued intro post...... Ok so this image of my husband and I Is a valurable post!!! But it's important as im a photographer and I see both sides of this portrait. ... One side is the client side as I was a client and had my portrait taken by another amazing photographer @heatherflorancephotography Ok so what went through my head when I saw this image for the first time. Well it was my own insecurities and being hard on myself. Like all I saw was my double chin and tummy are showing In this portrait my selfconfidence is not high. But thats my own issues that I will always struggle with. As I have never liked my side angle view of myself wishing that I didn't look like that. Ok ok I know im pointing all the negative about what I think as the client. So the postive as a photographer /being a client As a photographer myself I see The love my husband has for me in this photograph and it shows how much I adore him. It also shows that the wonderful photographer @heatherflorancephotography Did her job beautifully and captured us in the moment in time. That time is never coming back and im not getting any younger. So with all that said. It's so important to get in pictures with your loved ones. Even with your insecurities! You will ALWAYS have those self conscious thoughts and there will never be a perfect moment to get behind the camera. But I'll tell you when your loved ones see photos of you years later and long after you have past. All they will see is there loved ones and appreciate those photographs more then you can ever understand! So with all that said. Get your booties infront of the camera. Hey again Continued introduction post! This portrait was not easy I took my own self portrait. It was fun but awkward and lots of back and forth looking at the photo. ... Ok lets get to know me more #1 Best thing about my job is Returning clients I love to see the family's grow with me babies or just babies growing when they come back for there milestone sessions. It's totally a honor to be chosen to document my clients again and again. I dont get this all the time. As lots of my clients are military families. So they move But the ones that are here in sd and come to me years later for the second babes or 3rd its such a special thing for me. So thank you for letting me be apart of your storie. Now Booking Late July - October Due Dates The Process For Booking a Newborn session. ... -Contact me while your still pregnant around 20 to 25 weeks preffered. So I can assure you a spot on my calender for your due date. - I put your due date down on the calender I usually only take 4 to 6 newborns a month so contacting me early is a good idea to assure a spot. - Once babe arrives I ask that you call me or text me 1 to 3 days after babie is born. Then we put the actual date down for the session. As we all now babies never arrive when expected to. If you are further along in your pregnancy or if babe is already here still reach out as I take last minute openings sometimes. Have more questions?
