Although we miss our customers terribly, our family at Pho Phuong Nine has decided to continue with take-out only despite the approval of Fresno county moving into phase 2 and allowing dine-in at restaurants. We feel it is too soon and we strongly believe this is the best choice to keep our family and customers safe. We hope you continue to support us until we open again for dine-in options. Thank you

Dear Valued Customers, In light of Fresno’s recent ban of dining-in at restaurants, Pho Phuong Nine will be moving forward with a take-out only option. Customers can stop by our restaurant or phone in their orders between 9am and 8pm everyday effective Wednesday, March 18th.
