Pizza! Everyone loves pizza but pizza is one of the absolute WORST foods on the planet. Why? ... Because it’s made from gut wrecking, disease causing, inflammation creating ingredients. Sugars in many forms, flour, cheap processed oils, and inflammatory cheeses. FLOUR (wheat/white) is the absolute worst ingredient on the planet is used to create the dough/crust. (And also bread, pasta, cakes, cookies, donuts, etc) It’s BAAAADDDDD Sugars in many forms in the marinara, sauces, crusts, and toppings. Processed oils like soybean oil or canola are highly inflammatory and used to make pizza. And the cheap inflammatory dairy they use for cheese like cheddar. Literally quadruple whammy of ingredients that will wreck you internally. Nope, not me, I’m smarter than that. And I would never feed my kids poison. So what’s the alternative? Make your own!!!! I have a Keto pizza recipe in my blog but recently discovered this premade mix and it’s great. It does have a high carb content but it’s from good sources. Super easy to make. You can make two pizzas out of this box in some glass pie pans. Then use sugar free marinara like Rao’s. Then use organic mozzarella cheese because it’s safer, and most people can eat it on occasion and be fine. Then top with some ground beef, sugar free bacon, or pineapple, or onions, peppers etc. This pizza comes out BOMB I chop up into tiny pieces and serve as pizza bites at parties. And there’s never any leftovers. It’s delicious, sugar free, junk flour free, no inflammatory oils, and a safe cheese. Everyone wins! I get this off Amazon(Whole Foods) Nutrition is everything! Keep your diet clean and you’ll get lean, stay sexy, and injury/disease free
Pre thanksgiving and post thanksgiving. I ate pie (clean) I drank (wine) I made healthy alternatives ... I ate as much as I wanted didn’t measure anything. But utilized my hacks using deviled eggs, protein plate first, so I was too full to overeat any of the pie/carbs(healthy) Plus I carb depleted my body for a week prior to thanksgiving that’s why my waist was so thin on left and fuller on right. And put in two tough workouts before 9am which led to a 4500 cal burn day Follow the rules you stay lean year round. You may have holiday parties coming, same rules apply You have Christmas and NYE coming, same rules apply. Carb deplete week prior Eat clean Burn lots of calories day of Make clean recipes Serve deviled eggs Protein plate first Drink low cal alcohol It’s easy.

My famous deviled eggs Mixed: Paleo Mayo(Whole Foods) Mustard (sugar free) Egg yolks On top: Paprika Turkey bacon (sugar free) These are bomb! Serve these, eat like 5-10 yourself and you will trigger hormones that make you feel full and you’ll naturally eat less calories. Fat loss/Fat gain prevention is always a calories game. Deviled eggs for the WIN!!!

But only if your DIET is on point, healthy, and your training is effective. You only feel old because your diet sucks, you're severely nutritionally deficient, which leads to fatigue and laziness so you dont train at all or near hard enough. My clients are very competitive with eachother. Yesterdays sesh. Chris (left) did 415 in morning for 5 sets. ... Glen (right) came in evening session and I told him Chris did 415 so he 1 upped 10lbs. All my clients do this amongst the team, talking shit, pushing eachother, and having a good time while I'm killing them. Coach Daymond
The rule of 180bpm... When doing conditioning/intervals/hiit type workouts, if you arent peaking over 180bpm, YOURE NOT WORKING. The more out of shape you are, the easier it is to hit it, and the longer it stays high. ... The higher your heart rate avg and peak the more calories you burn during and after. Which means more FAT LOSS if your diet is dialed in. Most of you never even come close to breaking 180bpm. You hit 160 and feel like you're gonna die. You ain't even working yet. Its your MIND quitting not your body. As you get fitter it gets harder and harder to hit this level because you are healthier and recover faster. My resting is around a 40bpm, so for me to peak 185-195 which is my normal conditioning day peak range, is PSYCHOTIC. But I force myself to do it. So next time you go do a HIIT/ intervals workout, aim to break 180bpm. Youll get more out if your workout and more results. Coach Daymond
