Exciting news! Today is the soft launch of Pasta Fresca! It will give us time to work out some potential kinks. The grand opening is expected in a couple of weeks. We have partnered up this time and are continuing on the path of artisan, freshly prepared products. This time the pasta extruder, imported from Italy, will help us deliver a variety of made from scratch pasta dishes. Lasagna's, Mac 'n Cheese, Spaghetti Bolognese are a couple of menu examples, prepared in the oven.... For lunch you have the option of lasagna with a small side salad. We will also offer more traditional, made to order dishes, like Spaghetti Carbonara or the creamy, tad spicy Chicken Arabiata.
