Calling all high school students and ICM alum: registration is open for the 2019 Stanford Premedical Conference! Details: Sat, Apr 13, 9 am3 pm, Hewlett Teaching Center, 370 Serra Mall, Stanford, CA 94305... Hosted by the Stanford Premedical Association, the 2019 Stanford Premedical Conference will bring together high school students in grades 9-12 and undergraduates to interact with physicians and physicians-in-training. This year’s theme is "Medicine in the World, exploring such topics as global health and medical humanities, and our keynote speaker is Dr. Jonathan Berek, Director of the Stanford Women's Cancer Center and the Stanford Health Care Communication Program. We will also host Dr. S.V. Mahadevan and Dr. Geoffrey Tabin as speakers, a medical student panel, and a physician writer panel. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. There are no costs associated with registering for or attending the conference.
