one of my greatest joys in photographing families and kids has been to see them change and grow each year. I have been taking Holiday photos of these two for 8 years. They are growing into beautiful young women! : ) They are the last shoot of the Christmas season for me. I may not get to do as many shoots this time of year because of my therapist day gig but I hope to always be capturing humanity.

It has been a very long time. Working as a therapist in private practice during the week has given less time and energy toward photography. It is nice to return to it and remember the love and creativity I experience when I photograph people. : ) And these three make me smile!

Each month this year I will be offering a few different prints for sale. These images come with thought and intention. I live in a beautiful place where nature offers us so much and often speaks to us if we stop, look and listen. This month I am offering these two images for sale. Trees are symbols of balance, growth, harmony and strength. These are all intentions I hope to bring into the new year with me.
