am creating our Christmas eve dinner for Pete's Hideaway....This is what is on my mind.... FIRST COURSE: Rosemary Quiche with ricotta and little tomatoes absolutely amazing SECOND COURSE: a full antipasto with all the Italian fixings THIRD COURSE: Prime Rib cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes Italian style, a medley of fresh veggies, garlic bread...yum... FOURTH COURSE: Peppermint bark cheese cake... we may have a few ginger man lingering around....nice..... please make your reservations soon so I know how much to make....and let's do Christmas eve together....along with our amazing Brian Scott.....
