Here is another event in San Francisco that will be held by Omid Foundation. "The Committee is made up of student volunteers and young professionals. We wanted to invite your group, families and friends to our 1st Annual Banquet at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View on Sunday, September 28th at 6:30pm. Marjaneh Halati, the founder and president of Omid Foundations will be present, along with live music from Rana Mansour, dancing Niosha Dance academy, light dinner/drinks and live/silent auction." There is more information on their website regarding the tickets and how to make donations. Also, if you are planning on volunteering for them, you will get your tickets for free. Otherwise it is $50.
Hi everyone, I would like to make a quick announcement that we will be a part of this semester. It is a 10-Week event during the fall semester which will be about the Shahnameh. It would be awesome if most of us can attend at least few of these events all together. If you have any more questions, contact Michelle Belmessieri (https://www.facebook.com/michelle.belmessieri) or just send us a message. Thanks.
I would like to inform everyone about the recent changes that our club has been through. Unfortunately, Hamed has been really busy with his school work since he is graduating very soon, and he gave me (Pooya) the honor to be the president of the club. The good news is that he will still be a member of our club and I am sure everyone will see him in our meetings and events. I will be posting a few of the event posters that we are planning on attending and volunteering this semester. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions. Ps. Have a great fall semester. :) - Pooya
Are you guys ready for another semester? I mean, it is a fall semester so it should not be as bad anyway. :)
