A set of 40IDS3Cs with correct finishes and safety wire as delivered in late 1966. Note: the "folded spring" throttle shaft coupling; the black safety wire and how it is installed; the black, concentric throttle shaft return springs; the black grub screws for the main venturis; the yellow vent pipes in the top cover; the non-adjustable accelerator pump rod; the nickel plated accelerator cam lever, fulcrum pin and roller-lever arm in the accelerator pump top cover; the clear alodine finish for the throttle body; the nickel plated air horns; the natural zinc color of the accelerator pump body and top cover; the OEM helical lock washers for the top cover of the accelerator pump cover; the tall, nylock hex nuts and the brass spacer washers used between the hex nuts and the flanges of the air horns.

A set of 40IDA3Cs built to be "period correct" for a 911R tribute. These will be used on a 2.0 S-specification engine and street driven. It will be run without air cleaners so the air screens above the emulsion tube wells are required to keep crud from entering the float bowls. The customer will powder coat the intake manifolds black to replicate the OEM appearance of 911R intake manifolds which were made of magnesium.
