Please share him! I am a male, red and white Shepherd and Great Dane. The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 1 month old. I have been at the shelter since Nov 20, 2019. Ok no negative comments pls. This dog is 6yrs old. Was adopted from Pasadena SPCA. Unfortunately shes only been out the shelter for 3 weeks but on more than one... occasion shes bit at their 3 year old son. This is sucking because they don't want to send her back but the childs life isnt safe. They took the most over due dog and older outta the shelter trying to help a hard to adopt one. The person thought Pasadena was a no kill but i found out different and theyre horrified. They dont want her dead. So can anyone help pls. I have till Tuesday. Otherwise she goes back and shelter said since 2 return(different people) and its behavior issues shes going to be euthanized on turn in. Pls anyone See more

Auntie Came In As A Stray From Tustin, C...A On 12/05/2019 And Has Not Been Redeemed By Owners. She Is At Risk Due To Severe Dental, Large Mammary Masses, And Passing Blood Clots Which May Be Urinary Tract Infection Concern. The Shelter Has Not Been Able To Determine The Exact Issue, But Feel She Requires Immediate Care By A Veterinarian To Have Ultrasound And More Advanced Testing Performed. Due To Having Medical Concerns Beyond What The Shelter Can Satisfy, She Is At Risk For Euthanasia. Pre-anesthesia admin of acepromazine 10mg/ml and Torbugesic 10mg/ml IM Normal induction with Telazol IV. Intubated and general anesthesia maintained with isoflurane and oxygen. Surgical site clipped and aseptically prepped. Thermal support throughout surgery and recovery. Pulse oximetry and apnea monitor normal during surgery. Sx. - Routine spay with ventral midline incision, ---monocryl used throughout surgery (3-0 for dogs under 15#, 2-0 for dogs 15-30#, 0 for dogs over 30#), ovarian pedicles double ligated, uterine stump double ligated and excised, two layer closure, linea closed with simple interrupted, sq closure with simple continuous , skin closure with nexaband. Linear tattoo made adjacent to incision. Mass Removals: there was a larg34-6 cm diam soft round SQ/mammary (?) mass assoc with the left cranial abdominal gland; removal performed via single mastectomy using 3-0 monocryl for hemostasis in ligatures and SQ/Subcutic closed 3-0 moncryl simp contin; mass appears lipoma; tissue not submitted no S/R necess; a second smaller mass assoc with the gland just cranial <1cm soft round, FNA - fat /oil droplets only; likely lipoma; no removal performed; LS Uneventful recovery and extubation 12-06-2019 Med Note: Evaluation: Key (Normal = X, Abnormal = notes listed) Head Mouth very severe dental tartar and disease Ears X Eyes age changes to eyes Skin Skin X Hair X Abdomen large mammary masses, developed mammaries. Approaches the front and tries to sniff the assessor through the door. Remains calm when door opens and accepts petting, leaning in and arching body. Very sweet!

No one came to claim her at the Hesperia Animal Shelter. It looks like she has had puppies. According to someone who spent time with her she is just 'the sweetest' and she's now starting to get depressed at the shelter.
