At Pèppoli at Pebble Beach our Under the Tuscan Moon dinner series continues with visiting chef Adolfo Veronese joining us on Friday, February 3rd. Chef Adolfo has become famous for his highly acclaimed Aventine restaurants in San Francisco, Hollywood and Glenn Ellen.
Our Under the Tuscan Moon events continue this weekend at Peppoli. Viviting guest chef Lisa Shaw visits us from San Francisco. Take a brief trip to Italy on Saturday night, leave your bags behind, and remember to bring your appetite!

One of the most classic Roman dishes is featured prominently at Peppoli at Pebble Beach. Pasta, Pecorino, Pancetta, and Fresh Egg...what can go wrong. Italian simplicity at its best, and our Chef Angela executes this dish to perfection with her house-made pancetta. I like this dish as a first course, right before the Bistecca alla Fiorentina at Peppoli.
