Just a reminder, receiving P-EBT for children is NOT considered a public charge benefit and will NOT negatively impact parents who are lawful permanent residents (LPR) or undocumented. The State of CA is taking extreme safety measures to ensure that information provided by families applying for P-EBT is NOT accessible by the federal government. While schools are closed due to COVID-19, families with students who were receiving free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch at school can get up to $365 per child for groceries this summer. This federal nutrition benefit is called Pandemic-EBT (P-EBT) and is available for families in addition to continued grab-and-go meal services at many school sites in San Diego County. Access to healthy food is important to us, so we're very proud to be working with San Diego Hunger Coalition to help spread the word. Good day at the Garden with good people! I brought home some blueberries, collards, celery, loquats, lemons, oranges, mint, fennel and the last guava. We will harvest the loquat tree on Thursday, there are 4 of us we can have 6 more people??!!
