Machlett and Penta have been busy throughout 2020. We will be posting several upgrade projects that were completed since March. We also are finishing up new s...ystem builds as well as new transmitters being added to older systems for more throughout. Our current projects we are working on for October are used equipment leases and sales for customers across the USA. Four months ago we started several new system builds. This is one of those projects as it was started in the 1st quarter. Our fabricators, material suppliers and parts vendors are a big part of our success. We appreciate all the efforts to help us satisfy our customers. Penta / Machlett We has been supplying to the customer base our Machlett brand microwave and system spare parts around the globe and throughout the USA. We have recently launched our new magnetron tubes and are finding success with our Tempering customers. We are looking forward to working with the bacon suppliers with the new Machlett magnetron tube. Machlett a Divison of Penta Labs services all brands in the industry. We have be traveling across the country servicing our great customers with our Team and have been available and servicing all year. Our postings are lagging a bit in time. We We will post the next build completion over the next few days as it move from fabrication and final assembly into final acceptance testing.

Recent service call PM this past month. Note the water load cone and the system flush that was needed. It’s important to replace and clean the water load cones whenever you can. We recommend if a system is 10 years old to open up and service the water load cones.
