PENCO Engineering Inc. participated in American Public Works Association 18th Annual Golf Tournament which benefited scholarship. Our President George Jurica is the chairman of the committee and with the help of his committee members and volunteers the tournament was very successful

Project: Jeffrey Road Infrastructure Improvements Location: Irvine, California Client: City of Irvine / Irvine Community Development Company ... Project Elements: Preparation of Infrastructure Plans, Water and Sewer, 18-Inch and 72-Inch Storm Drain Design, 12-Inch and 36-Inch Reclaimed Water Design, 12-Inch Domestic Water, Improvement Plans Approved by the City of Irvine, Irvine Ranch Water District, and Caltrans Description: PENCO was retained to provide surveying and civil engineering design for the preparation of infrastructure plans, including storm drain design, 72-inches to 10-inches in diameter over 10,000 feet in length, hydrology and hydraulic calculations, street improvements, right-of-way engineering, water and sewer, dry utilities, specifications, and construction cost estimates for 1.5-miles of Jeffrey Road. This project also included one mile of Portola Parkway improvements. Both Jeffrey Road and Portola Parkway include realignments and street design for a six-lane highway with raised medians, new curb and gutter replacing open ditch channels, pedestrian undercrossing, water and sewer relocations up to 36-inches in size, and dry utility design for electricity, gas, and cable. Improvement plans were processed and approved by the City of Irvine, Irvine Ranch Water District, and Caltrans.
