Meet Nicole! She has been with me (Owner/Esthetician) since before the big move and expansion to the new location. . Funny story how it all came to be... I had a small baby at home but was working really long hours at my suite in North Park. I really needed help. One day I was chatting with a client and she said "Hey I have a friend who's girlfriend is moving to CA from Tennessee. She's an Esthetician. Would it be okay if she sent her resume?" Of course I said. .... I get her resume and WOW! I give her a call and say I'm just a little solo business with one tiny room. You are so experienced. I'm not sure if I can offer you what you are worth honestly. Her reply was that she was ready for a change. She was okay with a lighter work schedule and just wanted somewhere to start when she arrived in CA. We instantly hit it off. Her mom quickly became my biggest supporter and fan on Facebook and I knew this was going to be a great situation! . Little did I know that the client who referred her to me did a full interrogation of Nicole before even asking if it was okay for her to send her resume to me . I didn't find this out until months after she had already started at Peel Simply Skin. . She hit the ground running. She became a wonderful friend and supported me in ways that I never could have imagined. It was lonely and difficult being a solo Esthetician/Owner especially as a new mom. She brought such a light to my life and to the business. She was such a huge part of the expansion to the new location and the success of our business now.
