Pear Tree Summer Camp

Pear Tree is a social justice camp offering weekly themes explored through arts, crafts, cooking, science, sports, and games. At the end of the week we end with an on-site event. All of our campers participate in a daily supported academic session to prevent summer learning loss. We accept campers ages 4.5-11. *We will be closed on July 3rd, camp fees for that week are prorated. Pear Tree’s Rock for Peace two week long band camp was so fun! Students spent time in music workshops, and created their own songs! They also baked guitar shaped cookies, made instruments out of a variety of recycled items, decorated t-shirts, and made buttons! At the end they performed some amazing original pieces!

Pear Tree’s Art Around the World Week was a HUGE creative hit!

Pear Tree Summer Camp Counselors finished our training week and we are ready!! We are ready to support young people during each exiting week to develop community with one another, deepen our social emotional skills, connect to social justice values, explore nature, science, art, and cooking, and to have fun!!
