It is so beautiful seeing the power of music and music therapy! Like all of our services, our music therapy department continues to meet with their clients virtually with great success to support their goals!

Movement is important to our brains and bodies! We’ve noticed that as everyone has switched to working at home, not everyone has found ways to keep getting good vestibular input. Any movement, including just laying on the floor and then standing back up again can be helpful. Keep an eye on how much your child needs to wiggle during remote school! That wiggling might be the thing helping them focus and pay attention. Most importantly, everyone is different. One swing or spinning chair isn’t right for everyone. Keep on moving! #pcdateam
