On this week of #meetourteam, we meet Jim Dunk(pictured right). Jim is one of our Sales Representatives. He has worked here for a year and a half and has been a part of the payroll industry for twenty-three years. Jim’s favorite part of the job is being able to constantly learn. He can then pass that knowledge and experience on to clients. His favorite quote is When you’re green you’re growing and when you’re ripe you’re rotten. In his free time, he likes to watch sunsets, go to the gym and do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu where he has a 2nd-degree black belt!

Over the past weekend, PayrollCentric helped local families get Christmas Trees at the Los Altos YMCA!

On this week of #meetourteam, we meet Lisa. Lisa is one of our supervisors. She has worked here for just under 13 years. Her favorite part of the job is teaching someone how to do something new and offering solutions. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, camping, being outdoors, and listening to music.

Today on #meetyourteam, we meet Antonio. Antonio is one of our Client Service Reps. He has worked here for nearly two years. His favorite part of the job is being part of a team! In his free time, he likes to longboard, draw, learn new songs on his guitar, and explore the great outdoors.

On this week of #meetourteam, We meet Mario Melendez. Mario is one of our Payroll representatives. He has worked here for 2 months. His favorite part of the job is learning the ins and outs of the payroll trade. In his free time, he likes to skate, travel, and practice a new language (currently Swedish).

With Halloween coming next week, it is a good idea to allow your employees to dress up. It is an effective way to boost office morale, but you must set a standard for an appropriate dress code. There should not be any culturally insensitive, sexually provocative, or political costumes because these can be offensive. An effective way to avoid this is by enforcing your dress code and conduct rules and to give your employees a reminder of the policy beforehand.

Today on #meetourteam, we meet Dion Davis! Dion is one of our Distribution Supervisor. He has worked here for 4 years. His favorite part of the job is a busy Wednesday. In his free time, he likes to be with his daughter and build arcades.

PayrollCentric will be closed half day tomorrow, August 9th, for our company picnic. We will be closing at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
