Every year, Pavement Recycling Systems shares a percentage of it's profit with all of our vested employees. As the years go by, employees gain more stock in the company and continue to add value to their shares. #pavementrecyclingsystems #employeeowned #employeeownershipmonth #esopmonth #road #construction

Retirement is something that most of us plan for in the future. Being part of an employee-owned company makes that planning easier with over double the national retirement balance on average.

Being 100% employee owned means that every employee has a stake in how the company performs. Whether that is someone in accounts payable or a superintendent. Every person is responsible for the success of the company, and that responsibility helps to motivate and drive every single employee to be productive and profitable. This affects all sectors of our business; this means that our customers receive incredible service on their jobsites, and our vendors receive their payments on time, every time. Every day is spent striving to be a better and more efficient company than the last. #pavementrecyclingsystems #employeeowned #employeeownershipmonth #esopmonth #road #construction

SHARE if you agree! Employee Ownership isn't just working towards another paycheck, it is working towards becoming more profitable each and every day while continuing to provide excellent customer service. It means we strive to complete every project right the first time and partner with our customers/contractors to ensure we both succeed, and when we both succeed, communities receive safe, long-lasting roads. #pavementrecyclingsystems #employeeowned #employeeownershipmonth #esopmonth #stabilization

Employee ownership benefits more than just the employee owner. While it does provide an additional avenue to generate wealth for retirement, it creates a drive within our employee owners to finish the job right, the first time. It starts with providing exceptional customer service through the entire life of the project, because if you succeed, we succeed. This also applies to the communities that we work in. Every successful project is another smooth and safe road for the cities and counties in which we all live in. #pavementrecyclingsystems #employeeowned #esop #employeeownershipmonth #esopmonth #road #construction #slurry

Last week during #constructionsafetyweek, we asked our employee owners Why do you work safe? We received a ton of wonderful responses ranging from enjoying their next hike to inspiring future generations to be safe as well. All of their answers tied back to a common theme, family. We all work safe so that we can be there to support and provide for our families. Let us all continue to work safe and watch our families grow, not just during Construction Safety Week, but all year long. #whyiworksafe #pavementrecyclingsystems #employeeowned #road #construction #safety

For the last day of #ConstructionSafetyWeek, we would like to thank you, construction workers. Without you, we wouldn’t have the roads we drive on or the offices we perform business in. Thank you for working safely every day so you can come home to your family and loved ones. Thank you for building our communities, our infrastructure and our roadways. Thank you. Whether or not you are in construction, take some time today to stop and thank someone that is in the industry, or if you’re on a project, thank your foreman, your superintendent or the person shoveling behind the paver for being safe. Build a stronger safety community today to ensure a safer workplace for yourself and your team tomorrow. #pavementrecycling #employeeowned #road #construction #safety

Mental health is typically not the first thing to come to mind when talking about safety, but itis essential to staying safe on and off the jobsite. Mental health can affect multiple factors in your daily life. Stress levels, amount of sleep, and also your diet affects how you operate. For example, lack of sleep is extremely dangerous. This could come from transporting material, or in many cases at PRS, owner-operators transporting their own equipment to a jobsite that could... be hours away. Stress is one of many mental health issues that will affect your physical body, putting strain on your heart or causing other mental health issues such as anxiety or depression. When you do not put a focus on mental health issues, they can spiral out of control and could cause an employee to not be as safe as possible. At PRS, we take the mental health of all our employees very seriously. Whether that is providing mental health services through medical coverage or something as simple as having an open line of communications between the Safety Team and the employees, we believe that a healthy mind helps to complete safe and successful projects. #constructionsafetyweek #safety #mentalhealth #pavementrecycling #employeeowned #owneroperator

The hottest topic right now in Safety COVID-19 and best practices to prevent the transmission of Coronavirus. Following best practices, especially in our line of work, is what keeps our mills grinding and our offices open albeit limited. First and foremost, we recognize that everyone is at risk for becoming ill from COVID-19 and we are always doing what we can to eliminate or limit the spread in all of our workspaces. All employees have been properly trained on our rigorous ...Zero Transmission Guidelines which includes active monitoring and self-monitoring of employee health, strict social distancing guidelines, frequent, and proper, handwashing and regular cleaning and disinfecting. These practices are enforced inside the office and in the field among many others such as the elimination of ridesharing, quarantining after travel, contactless signing of paperwork and other critical CDC guidelines. #constructionsafetyweek #safety #covid_19 #pavementrecyclingsystems #pavementcoatings #employeeowned #slurry #road #construction

Today in Construction Safety Week is a look at the fundamentals of staying safe. It is important that you always keep yourself protected while on, or near a jobsite, and at PRS we ensure that all operators and visitors on a jobsite have the correct PPE at all times. This includes, but is not limited toPPE such as hardhats, safety glasses, hi-viz clothing, boots, ear plugs, and respirators (if needed). And of course, to stay COVID safewhile working near or with others, weari...ng your mask and keeping social distance. In order to build these fundamentals, PRS has an onboarding process that fully trains all operators and employee-owners,as well as yearly trainings on topics such as Hazcom, Silica Exposure, CPR/First Aid, and Lockout Tag-out. Keeping all of our operators up to date on all training and certifications allows us to provide an amazing experience to all of our customers with an added feeling of peace of mind knowing that your project is being done safely and correctly. #ConstructionSafetyWeek #pavementrecycling #prs #employeeowned #step2zero #construction #safety #safetyweek
