Happy Halloween! Although this holiday looks a little different this year, we hope you are still able to participate in some fun fall activities like pumpkin carving! Did you know you can get more out of your pumpkin by roasting the seeds or using the guts in baking recipes like pumpkin bread or muffins? To go a step further, try composting what’s left of your pumpkin instead of throwing it in the trash. Whatever you do to enjoy Halloween, we hope you have a safe and fun day.

Happy anniversary, Stillwater Wind! The construction of Stillwater Wind in Montana created 80 jobs while also using Montana-based contractors for the project construction. Two years after its commercial operations date, Stillwater Wind continues to have a great economic impact on the local community. Pattern Energy was proud to donate to important community organizations like Museum of the Beartooths and Project Hope of Stillwater County MT as part of our COVID-19 relief efforts.

Ever heard of Bring Your Llama to Work Day? This furry friend loved having the opportunity to supervise project construction! Rumor has it he would come out and help direct traffic from the farm across the street. Thank you to Pattern employee Leasa Lennox for sharing this adorable photo!

Each autumn, Monarch butterflies migrate from the U.S. to Mexico and some parts of Southern California. They fly at speeds ranging between 12 and 25 miles per hour. The Monarch butterfly is the only insect that migrates to a warmer climate that is 2,500 miles away!

We did it! Our final total for Pattern Fights Hunger 2020 was $12,100 donated to food-related nonprofits, surpassing both of our initial goals. Thank you to everyone who donated this month! Even though Pattern Fights Hunger 2020 has officially ended, there are many other nonprofits that can always use support. With our Pattern matching program, we will continue to give all year round!
