Afterwards she brought me a list of homes that fit the criteria and reviewed them to narrow down the list. Once we defined which homes we would look at, she set-up viewings based on my availability and was 100% successful in accommodating my timing with the potential sellers to view their home...s. After going through a few of the homes, she knew what my tastes were and what I would think was good or not so desired. We drove by many homes to get an outside look at them and she could tell before hand if I would like it or not when we drove up. She would say " this one is not for you" and she would be spot on. It became as if we were both buying the home together, she was that personable along with indeed being very professional about it. Once a decision was made on which home to purchase (it turned out to be the first home we looked at), she was very thorough in the execution of all aspects of closing the deal. She would be very honest with me on my offers and potential counter offers. There were a few along the way, but we eventually agreed on a sell price. As you well know, tensions could fly high through this process and she was able keep the peace between both parties. The sellers turned out to be great people, I will attribute that to Patricia as she was able to perform the negotiation with being open and honest and being very real which kept our emotions in check, By doing so, it enabled me to become friends with the sellers (in which I am grateful for).Typically it can be just the opposite. During signing of the closing papers, she was present to answer any questions that I may have had and did not display any signs of eagerness in the closing process. This puts unnecessary pressure on someone who is signing something that involves this type of funding. I know in fact that if there were any issues at that point, she would have stopped the signing and would have seen that my concerns were addressed before closing the deal. From the first day that we met, and the journey that we had in finding the right home, I feel that I met someone who I can trust to get the job done professionally and stress free. If and when the times comes for me to sell and move on, I will definitely seek her out to represent me in this process.
