Here at Patios By B&B, we take the current situation very seriously and want to ensure that we protect our clients, our crews and their families. As a 43-year old family owned business, we are used to adapting to new challenges in our marketplace. Over the past few weeks we have shifted gears in our operations and created new policies to keep our clients, our crewmembers and their families safe. These are challenging times but rest assured, we are taking clear steps to pro...tect your health and safety, as this is of the utmost importance to us. 1.) The showroom in Tustin is currently open by appointment only. Before and after each visit, we thoroughly disinfect all areas visited as well as keeping a safe distance from each other. 2.) We are not entering anyone’s home at this time. Our on-site consultations are limited to your back or front yard as we are practicing social distancing to maintain everyone’s safety. We are also offering virtual consultations via Zoom video conferencing or Facetime. 3.) All of our crewmembers have disinfectant wipes to clean every surface they handle throughout the installation process, as well as hand sanitizer to keep your environment safe and clean. 4.) All of the crews and our employees will keep a safe distance during any interactions that are on site to ensure the safety of everyone’s families throughout the installation process. Quality will not be sacrificed despite increased safety measures. Our skilled technicians are still the most knowledgeable Outdoor remodeling teams in Orange County, and we are ready to build you the backyard of your dreams!
