We must be what Christ claims that we are: To serve to be and to believe who He is and who we are. The Church of Jesus Christ has to be a place full of people of understanding, a strong and mighty tower of refuge and reconciliation leading the way leading the way leading the way not taking up from the back and pointing fingers from the sidelines leading the way forward in moments of tension and division.

We listen to all the other indicators. We listen to everybody else’s ideas. We listen to everybody’s opinions. We listen to everybody else’s assessment of the situation before we listen to God’s. Fear and Faith cannot occupy our minds at the same time. Worship and worry simply cannot occupy the same space. To deal with the giant of fear, we must name it and then put it into the hands of Jesus- and trust that he will take care of it for us. #skyviewchapelchurchofgod
