Another one in the books!!

Parkway recently built and installed this custom outdoor cedar patio screen. The homeowner can now easily adjust the louvers to shield themselves from hot sun, wind and even the neighbors.

Alumawood Patio Cover, stamp finished concrete, built-in BBQ Island with Smoker, and landscape wall with pour-in place wall cap.

We added 4-5' to this customers driveway and and replaced the walkway to the house to match. This gave them more room for cars and walking space. In addition, we added the upper planter area and decomposed granite for the customer to finish.

This project was a concrete overlay over a deck/patio cover, with Trex Brand railing.
