Trainers will be onsite to show you how it's done at the Free Solstice Carnival this Saturday, from 12-4pm at Mission Bay Blvd. N and Merrimac Street.... Join the fun!

Join us for an epic block party at Mission Bay's Parklab! We'll be launching the new outdoor fitness court (by National Fitness Campaign) at Parklab Fields and our partnership with Power Play SF. Meanwhile Urban Sprouts will be hosting a beer garden, bluegrass band, a petting zoo and more at the Parklab Community Garden. Come play!
