Greet and welcome our guests (employees, visitors, stakeholders, etc.) to the assigned location and offer professional valet services Accommodate guests by opening doors and greeting them as applicable (good morning, good afternoon, etc.) Direct traffic in the parking area(s) as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot(s) Answer guests' questions regarding the facility, local attractions, or any other available services (EV Charging, car wash, etc.) Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper storage and return Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the assigned parking lot, following all traffic laws Operate vehicles safely and responsibility Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions Qualifications for Valet Proven safe driver and clean driving record is essential (must provide a copy of CA DMV K4 during the pre-employment process) Ability to communicate in English, professionally Customer service experience and friendly demeanor Ability to work in a standing position for hours at a time Ability to work outdoors and in the elements (rain, heat, wind, etc.) Accountability and personal integrity are essential Ability to multitask and tend to several guests at once Experience driving electric vehicles as well as vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission Organizational skills are necessary to quickly recall the location of vehicles and their appropriate keys Assist with other duties as required and directed by the location manager
