The 2019 Medicare Part B deductible and monthly premiums have been released! The new default Part B premium next year will be $135.50 per month, up from $134 per month in 2018. The new Part B deductible next year will be $185, up from $183 in 2018. If you have Plan G or Plan N, you'll have to meet this $185 deductible in 2019 before Medicare will start to pay their 20% for Part B services.
