Demolition survey yesterday and found some suspect asbestos containing materials. Flooring under the carpet, black mastic on roof, ducting is for sure asbestos, but the ducting is also torn so now it becomes a procedure 5 clean up. Popcorn ceiling and stucco was tested but came back at less than 1% so gotta do a point count for verification.

Several types of mold here, but what is the black mold? After 10x magnification we see the culprit. At 40x we see the hairs..."chaetomium"

Asbestos is not illegal in the USA in most applications but no one wants to use it because you'll end up in lawsuits or liability, but in other countries, its still being used and currently being bought and sold...here in this photo is some roofing corrugated tiles...ALL of them are asbestos containing as we were able to sample them for asbestos content.
