We'll have 4 choices, Ricotta Cheese, Chicken, Beef and Butternut Squash. We'll have Cookie's Meat Sauce, Pesto Sauce, Alfredo Sauce and Sage Butter for the Butternut Squash. How's it going Paolo's Ravioli Deli followers!? I know it's been some time since we've posted on Facebook, but I'm here to tell you that Paolo's Ravioli Deli and Cafe has become Paolo's Ravioli Catering Company. Our restaurant inside of the Redwood Credit Union was closed down due to the Redwood Credit Union choosing to use our location as a non-public grab as you go type of facility dedicated to their fabulous and dedicated staff. We definitely miss their faces and wonderfu...l appetites, but we are ready for our new endeavor. We are already catering to a number of local offices and businesses for their staff luncheons, but are willing and ready to cater yours. Our menu has changed a little bit since we've gone down this new path. Our menu is geared just toward sandwiches and salads, but, of course still includes our homemade ravioli. If you are interested in catering your office lunch or any type of other event, we'll provide our new menu. All you need to do is call us. Big Paul and Little Cookie can't wait to hear from you. Oh yeah! Slider party day! Trip-tip with caramelized onions, Sriracha aioli, and spring lettuce. Also, creole seasoned shredded chicken with ranch and cheddar. And lastly, pulled pork and cole slaw. Then on the side, Paulie's Texas style beans and Caesar salad! It's a good day to be at the Redwood Credit Union meeting!

Recovering! Thanks to everyone!

Well, Big Paul made it through the surgery and now is in the IcU recovering. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers!

So tomorrow at 7:30am is the day for the Patriarch of Paolo's. Heart valve procedure. We will be closed tomorrow and then will reopen on Friday after everything goes well. Thank you to everyone who has wished Big Paul well and given support. Here's to you all! See you Friday!

We are looking to add someone to the Paolo's Ravioli Deli Family!! Do you know anybody who is available Monday thru Thursday 9:30 am to 3pm? No experience needed--- We will train! However, must have excellent customer service skills!!! Looking for the right someone to start as soon as possible. Send us a message if you or someone you know is interested!!

So just got Big Paul out of the hospital and he's doing fine. Long day for him and my mom, but the doctor says he's doing fine and is still on track for his heart valve operation in October sometime. Thanks to all of you for caring and understanding why we closed the deli today. We'll see you Tuesday for the chicken caprese sandwich!!

Hey everyone! So tomorrow August 31st Big Paul goes in for one more exploratory procedure for his heart. So, please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. With that being said, our Sweet Cookie wants to be there with him. So we will be open from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
