Dear Clients and Patients of Panama Equine Hospital: As most of you are aware this starts our last week here. Bakersfield Large Animal will be make some renovations and changes to suit them starting early May and will be soon moving their entire facility to the 5429 Taft Hwy location. Your information, records, patient information will all remain with them once I retire May 1, 2018. Over the past three decades, I have watched many families in the area grow and have shared heartache and joy with thousands of you and your animals. I appreciate each and every one of you and will treasure the memories of all that I have experienced as owner of Panama Equine Hospital. It has been an honor providing for your horses' and livestock pets' health care needs. I also want to recognize many outstanding people who have worked with and for me. As a team, you all have made Panama Equine Hospital more than just a job; it has been my family. Thank you! Jamie Brown has been with PEH the longest and she well deserves my respect and appreciation. I couldn't have done it without you. Thank you Jamie! Thank you Tracy for always being you. Thank you Bob Pipkin for always being there - for your ongoing support in whatever was asked of you even if it was after hours, on nights and weekends, rain or shine. I love you! I have had the privilege of meeting many great patients and their families while developing lifelong friendships with many of you! I am constantly humbled by this opportunity and profoundly touched by what an amazing creature the horse is. Thank you all for allowing this joy in my life.
