Palo Alto Just Serve

This month we also did a greeting card drive, where children and families from our ward signed handmade or store-bought cards for the shut-in elderly residents of the Webster House Health Center. We were able to collect and deliver 106 cards and two cheerful banners to brighten the week for these residents.

During this challenging time of the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to do something to support those who have lost their jobs and who are struggling to get food and other essentials. In May 2020 we did a gift card drive, and collected $2,400 worth of gift cards to donate to the Ecumenical Hunger Program in East Palo Alto. Thank you to everyone who donated!
