YOUR LODGE NEEDS YOU! PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LODGE DURING THESE DIFFICULT TIMES SO THE LODGE CAN BE THERE WHEN THE PANDEMIC IS OVER. ALOT OF TIME AND EXPENSE WENT INTO GETTING THE LODGE READY FOR RE-OPENING ON JUNE 12, 2020. BOTH THE LODGE AND THE WOMEN OF THE MOOSE CHAPTER ARE REQUIRED TO CONTINUE PAYING THEIR BILLS AND MEETING FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS TO MOOSE INTERNATIONAL. How can you help - Renew your membership, sponsor a new member for when we open again. Every little bit h...elps to keep our lodge in good standing. The lodge will remain closed until Friday July 3, 2020 unless the State of California and/or Los Angeles County decide to close restaurants. If the new Order does not close us down please note the following: Since we are designated as a private social club with a restaurant permit, we have been imposed additional protocols/restrictions as follows: 1. Members must purchase one meal in order to buy alcoholic drinks (snacks do not count). Ticket for drinks will be provided upon purchase of meal. Your drink ticket is valid only on that day and for the duration of your visit. 2. Only water & soft drinks can be purchased without meal order. 3. Members are allowed to sit down/dine in the lodge hall only. No sitting, eating drinking or lingering is allowed in the social quarters/no playing pool. 4. Masks/face coverings must be worn at all times except when eating or drinking. Masks/face coverings are required to enter/exit lodge, when ordering food & drinks, when moving about the lodge including going to the restroom or out to the patio. *Members must still sign the Moose Member/Guest COVID Safety Agreement when entering the lodge. Please continue to wash your hands frequently and/or use hand sanitizer. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN REMAIN OPEN AND KEEP OUR LODGE GOING STRONG! Due to the new requirements hours of operation will be modified as follows: Friday & Saturday 4pm to 12 midnight Sunday (July 5) 2pm to 10pm (Sundays with breakfast lodge hours 9am to 6pm. Start date to be announced). IMPORTANT CHANGE: Starting in the 2021-22 Moose year all Lodge Officers will have to be Moose Legionnaires or Women of the Moose Chapter members for at least 90 days before installation. This change was adopted at the recently concluded 2020 Moose International Virtual Convention.

To Korean vet who lost his toes to frostbite, just hang in there we'll be back. To my friend who lost his leg in Nam and other NAM Vet suffering PTSD and those that are slowly dying from from agent orange they ingested 50years ago hang in there .Your Post will be back, can't wait to serve you and help you make it through another day. UPDATE: CA Gov. Newsome to "tighten" stay at home order Wed July 1. This may ill impact our Lodge. The lodge will be closed until Friday July 3. Details to follow.

ATTENTION MEMBERS: Our lodge was abruptly shut down yesterday by Moose International as a result of CA Governor Newsom's order to close all bars. However, your reopening task force is hard at work on correcting the situation as the LA County Health Permit designates our lodge as a restaurant. We are working diligently to figure out the logistics to remain open. ... The lodge will be closed today Monday, but if we hope to re-open again on Tuesday. Unfortunately, it will be with more restrictions/protocols to follow. We will keep you all posted as we progress. We appreciate your patience!
