I want to say Thank you to all our customers that have supported us during this time, with many left with nothing to do bikes became very popular. We are sorry it was sometimes difficult if not seemingly impossible to get us on the phone or get into the stores. With the limited staff available, crazy phones ringing endlessly filled voicemails and blown up email inboxes every single day was challenging to say the least. We want to say Thank You for patiently waiting in the l...ines outside the stores, a call back, an email to be returned or a bike to be serviced. As much as we appreciate the increased business it came at a price. Some of you didn’t get a timely response with a phone call, email or repair we definitely fell short on the service we strive to offer to our customers and for this we apologize. However we are happy to see new people discovering cycling, seeing these new riders out there having fun spending time with family or friends and enjoying exercise and the outdoors is a silver lining for us. We are now moving back to normal hours, Tuesday-Friday 10-6 pm, Saturday 10-5 and will remain closed Sunday-Monday. There is still an occupancy limit in place at both stores and face coverings are still required at this time. Thank you again for your patience, understanding and your support. Chris
