In a PAINT YOUR ESSENCE WORKSHOP, color beyond your imagination. It is a safe place to transform and see your best self to live life fully. I pick a theme every month, and we paint about it. One of the fun themes I came up with was called Follow Your Yellow Brick Road. PAINT YOUR ESSENCE WORKSHOP is about symbolism painting. In Follow Your Yellow Brick Road, we used the four major Wizard of Oz characters (Dorothy, Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion & The Tin Man) as a symbol(s) where you intentionally and creatively find new beliefs that resonate with YOU. Then grow into our fullest expression in this lifetime so you can that walk down your YELLOW BRICK ROAD. DOROTHY: Do you feel like you are home? What does home mean to you? SCARECROW: How is your awareness around your thinking? Do you wonder if you are smart enough? COWARDLY LION: Have you the courage to live your life fully? To step out and be the real you? THE TIN MAN: Is your heart filled with love for yourself? This was my painting: COURAGE TO CONNECT TO LOVE. Using the Cowardly Lion and The Tin Man, I strive to be connected to love and the courage to love. To be and feel love. When I repeated the theme, you can see a connection to me being and feeling the love. This one is called LOVING THE LOVE CONNECTION. If anything, we have to remember, these characters had it all along!
