Two Open Positions Trainer and Groom Padilla Performance Horses is a full-service training facility in Wilton, California. We are dedicated to providing top-notch care to our client’s horses and we take pride in our program. We have an active show barn that travels throughout the year and maintains a consistent show schedule traveling across the US. Our program also includes the training of young horses and a solid sales program that continues to grow. We currently h...ave two opportunities for qualified individuals who are willing to work hard to meet the quality standards that we require. Assistant Trainer We are looking for an individual with extensive experience training horses in the reining industry. This person needs to be experienced in showing, starting colts, and providing lessons. They must be dedicated and willing to put in the effort to ensure we provide superior services for our clients. For the right individual, the opportunities are unlimited. Groomer We are looking for a dedicated and reliable groomer with a great work ethic that is open to growth opportunities and willing to put in the time/effort to further their job function. Responsibilities would include grooming, saddling, washing, and show preparation. Riding would depend on experience.
