Is it just me or does this time change throw anyone else off for a few weeks? Also remember everyone it is cold/flu season so make sure to get plenty of rest and hydration, wash your hands carefully for at least 20 seconds with soap and water and cover your mouth if you cough or sneeze to prevent the spread of germs.
