Dear Valued Customers, We, like you are monitoring the status and trying to assess the impact of the Covid-19 Coronavirus. As you likely have assessed, the information available is not adequate at this time to answer all the questions pertaining to supply chain and product availability. As we learn more and become aware of disruptions in product availability, we will do our best to communicate that information to you. Suppliers in Asia are re-opening, but many are at a frac...tion of their full capacity. Additionally, the skill level of the returning workforce will dictate how quickly a factory can resume normal production times. Reduction in travel from China to the US has led to shortages of cargo space. Ships are stuck in ports in China, waiting to unload incoming freight, which impacts the ability to move export freight out. Most of our US suppliers are operational and are decorating and shipping products, however, many non-manufacturing employees are working remotely. This has caused some delays in customer service and order processing, which in turn have caused some manufacturing delays. A high percentage of products are currently in stock in the US, ready to be imprinted and shipped. Of course, as time goes on, delays and product availability may continue to grow. Whenever possible, we will source your items from US manufacturers, and do our best to deliver to meet your deadlines. We also realize that events, trade shows and corporate functions are being postponed and cancelled. We will be here to assist you in processing and delivering your orders in a timely manner when your events are rescheduled. While much of this situation is out of our control, we are continuing to work closely with our suppliers to minimize the impact of current and future orders.
