It is with much appreciation to our wonderful clients that we announce we will no longer be offering daycare services effective March 1, 2019. . . Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to care for your dogs since September of 2017. We appreciate your trust and belief in our team and facility. We have worked tirelessly every day to make sure you and your pets receive the best service and care possible. We have invested a lot of time and financial resources in...to building new yards, outdoor drainage improvements, retaining wall systems, fencing, floor drain systems, state of the art dog runs/kennels and built in crates, new roofing, a full remodel on our grooming room, shade and rain structures, flooring, service dog task room, scent yard and much more. And we aren’t done yet! We have implemented staff training modules to increase knowledge and experience with animal care and have invested over $10,000 in continued education for our staff. We take the job of caring for your family pets very seriously and while we still have more to learn and improve on, we are very proud of what we have accomplished over the past 15 months. As many of you know, we also have a charity partner, Shelter to Soldier. Our passion runs deep with this program as we love having the ability to rescue dogs and help deserving veterans; and the foundation of both Pacific Pet Resort and Shelter to Soldier come from many years of dog training in the community. Without our training, boarding, daycare and grooming clients, Shelter to Soldier wouldn’t be able to continue its mission. Thanks to you choosing us, we are able to donate time, resources and financial support to our charity partner to make all of the magic happen. For 2019, our team sat down and reviewed our goals, what type of continued impact we can have on the community (dogs included of course), and identify where we can make changes and/or improvements to our current model.
