Happy Friday, we pulled this mast today, beautiful custom 44’ race boat. The mast needs to be painted and typical maintenance.

Commissioning seawind 1260 today, starting to assemble the mast.

Just finished a rig inspection on this C&L 45’ A couple with three kids, just picked up this boat in Seattle and are going South. Making the dream happen :-)

Well the week has gone by fast, here are some pics of a few masts we were up, one cracked swage fitting, a Tyanna 48 Mast being polled, And tomorrow should be fun the second hot rum race, looking forward to sailing.

got the fast 40 sailing, Not much wind but it was great get on the water!

Code 0 furler, this one popped apart, luckily the customer had just finished furling up the sail. just showing the pic, customers have asked in the past why we always sell a code 0 larger than the recommended size, and this is what we are afraid of, This one came with the boat and we will be putting a larger one on to replace it.

We get that call my head sail is hard to furl and we say you know, we probably should check it out before you go sailing next

Well if these are the only parts left, you know it was time to replace the VHF antenna,

It’s such an honor to work on Webb’s Boat, we did the Rigging before he left a few years ago, all the rigging is still perfect but because of the miles, and the potential trips he might take we are replacing it, Also have to figure out a potential short on his anchor light, the mast head has been underwater more than a half a dozen times, so the fixture might need to be replaced. Out sailing yesterday another beautiful day on the water, sailed out to open ocean, just inside the harbor, a little rental boat Lost their mast, but they were safe and OK to motor in.

Working on the public dock today, with some Cruising customers, and this beautiful megayacht pulled up, that’s yachting in style

Here’s the mest step, after we’ve set the mast down on the ground, pretty common damage. We will have to cut off 5 inches of Mast and add G 10 underneath the step
