Final building is now complete at The Campus at San Diego Business Park! The recently completed PCA designed 137,000 s.f Class A industrial building brings the total campus build-out to 675,000 s.f. Building features include 32’ clear height, ESFR fire sprinklers, 4000 amp electrical service, 33 dock high doors, 4 grade level doors and a 190’ truck yard between buildings. In January 2017 Murphy Development Company (MDC) purchased the 538,000 square-foot two-building cam...pus at the San Diego Business Park in Otay Mesa from Panasonic Corporation of North America. MDC originally master planned and developed the project for Sanyo Corporation in 1986. Sanyo Corporation was acquired by Panasonic in 2010. PCA was brought on board by MDC to renovate the existing 538,000 s.f 2-building campus. Another PCA project has begun construction! This project is located in Sorrento Valley and will provide enhancements, aesthetic and functionally to an existing 3-story building and site. The building renovations will reflect a creative and vibrant workplace. Additional building design features include; balconies at 2nd and 3rd floors, site patios, outdoor amenities, new restrooms, shower and locker areas, engaging entry graphics, 3-story light filled lobby, entry monument stairway, electronic id boards, extensive top-lighting at upper floors, new monument and building signage and car charging stations. #sorrentovalley #sandiego #construction #newproject #architecture #architect #design #paccornerstone

Construction is underway for the PCA designed SMAC Build-to-Suit project located in Carlsbad, California. The 54,414 s.f building will feature sandblasted concrete panels with form liner accent walls and an open metal canopy at the entry. The exterior is comprised of a variety of textures and patterns within the concrete panels. These include multiple form liner types. The sand blasted concrete, exposed aggregate, and varying panel depths will work together to create a rich appearance. Completion is planned for third quarter of 2020.
