Good morning fitness instructors! I wanted to let you know about a certification I will be teaching this weekend if you are interested in learning how to teach classes in FLYGYM AERIAL FITNESS, the new craze sweeping the nation! Fly Gym Aerial Fitness is the newest fitness concept in a very long time. It is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, aerial inspired dance (think cirque) and Fitness used either partially or fully suspended. This week is the OFFICIAL OPENING of AQUAFLOAT!!!! The weekly schedule is TUESDAYS at 9:30 & 10:30am and SATURDAYS at 10:30am at Alga Norte Community Park. Cost of the class is $25 and you can book here at www.outsidetheboxfitness.org. This class is truly a FULL BODY WORKOUT along with the additional "ab workout" from laughing so hard!
