When something is too scary, find a fear related to not getting what you really want that's bigger than the fear of failure.

The more you engage, the more the possibility of getting what you want grows. A desire to contribute is valuable to the job market. That means if you have a desire to contribute you have value to the job market. That value gives you inherent permission to engage. If you have a question, you can ask someone for the answer. If you want to explore a world, you can engage with it through research. Engagement is the key ingredient to shift that stuck feeling to forward movement. #possibility #careers
