Why does Our/Los Angeles vodka taste so great and one-of-a-kind? We’re glad you asked. (cue Bill Nye the Science Guy). +++ Our fermentation uses an exclusive yeast strain initially developed for wines, which creates three special flavor compounds that give our vodka a very interesting flavor. The compounds are Linalool, Geraniol, and Alpha Terpineol. +++ By exploring the science of spirits, we are able to use the knowledge of flavor compounds present in Our/Vodka to highlight and balance flavors, and in some cases create entirely new sensory profiles.

It’s the end of Summer and the Mountains are calling. As the autumn chill kicks in, swap the beach wear for hiking gear, yellow sand for autumn leaves, sun umbrellas for log cabins. Thankfully, Our/Los Angeles Vodka is great all year round.

Sam Hochhauser is a Master Distiller (how many women do you know make vodka?). When she’s not making vodka or giving tours, she’s posing for photos in front of Our/Los Angeles distillery.

We love our city, we love Our/Los Angeles Surf the Pacific Ocean in the morning, hike the mountains at lunch and dine in the city in the evening.

Monday has you feeling stressed? Don’t be. Unwind and relax with a drink made from Our/Los Angeles vodka. Whoever said drinks were only for the weekend?

A great way to enjoy Our/Los Angeles vodka is in a mint mojito. Light and refreshing, one sip and you will instantly be transported to a summery morning on a California beach. Recipe as follows: 1 oz Our/Los Angeles vodka 10 fresh mint leaves lime, cut into four wedges... 2 tbsp sugar 4 large ice cubes cup club soda Muddle the mint, lime and sugar together. Pour in Our/Los Angeles vodka and club soda. Strain into ice-cube filled glasses, and garnish with a mint leaf.
